法規更新 | 英國家具和裝飾防火規章2025修訂版
2025年4月30日，英國產品安全和標準辦公室（Office for Product Safety & Standards）發布了UK家具和裝飾防火規章2025修訂版法規指南。該指南指出：UK家具和裝飾防火法規2025修訂版將于2025年10月30日生效。
主要修訂內容
? Remove certain baby and young children’s products from scope of the regulations.
（將部分嬰幼兒產品從法規中豁免）
? Remove the requirement for manufacturers to affix a display label to new products.
（制造商不需要在新產品上安裝展示標簽/吊牌）
? Extend the time frame for instituting legal proceedings from 6-12 months.
（將違規的法律訴訟的時限從 6 個月延長至 12 個月）
新增豁免的嬰童產品
? 嬰兒和兒童使用的床墊，長度小于170cm和寬度小于75cm；
? 嬰兒和兒童使用的模塊床墊（Modular mattresses），最大模塊長度小于170cm和寬度小于75cm；
? 嬰兒家具使用的軟包 For example, pram sacks which are used within prams, car seat inserts, and products advertised as ‘snuzzlers’ which are designed to be used with baby seating.

? 兒童汽車座椅 Children’s car seats
? 嬰兒游戲墊 Play mats
? 嬰兒尿布臺墊 Baby changing mats
? 嬰兒車 Prams, pushchairs, buggies and strollers
? 嬰兒床 Cots, cribs and cradles, including carry cots, bassinets, Moses baskets, travel cots and bedside sleepers.
? 嬰兒床防撞圍欄 Cot bumpers
? 軟包式床邊護欄 Upholstered bed side barriers intended to be used to prevent a child falling out of bed.
? 嬰兒搖椅和彈跳椅 Baby rockers and bouncers - This includes products sold as ‘reclined cradles’.
? 嬰兒窩 Baby nests
? 嬰兒高椅和低椅 Baby’s highchairs and lowchairs
? 椅掛式和桌掛式兒童加高座椅 Chair-mounted and table-mounted children’s booster seats
? 嬰兒學步車 Baby walkers
